True, all wants to play Arthur or one of his knights, not all want to play
any thing less. Like being in the SCA, all want to be nobles, but few want
to play pesants, some do but few.
Gaming is the new people, kids coming up, like RPGing Harry Potter? Who
wants to play James Bond, unless its the new one, that people see, and can
ID with in the current and now?
True LOTR and characters lived on, but .. Are they a marketable product now?
Still or LOTR who, what?
New Mutants and more, got to keep reinventing, it makes for a marketable and
selling product. Yes, some stories are timeless and all you need do is
replace the old face with a new one and it sells, some take harder to rework
and revitalize or redo or .. Why people real Sun Tsu?
