All characters playable are from Popular fiction of the Anime and Manga variety
with a few Anime Style Video Game characters available on pre-registry as well.
Unlike with Other Anime Convention Live Action Role Plays, Anime Style Webcomic
characters are available on a case by case basis on Pre-Registry only.

To Pre-Register your character for play during the LARP, and for any inqueries
about the event. Please Email Strongholdcore@... with the Subject Line

Cosplay Event, I will probably have to explain this to a few dozen people,

I Apologize for the myriad of delays, I've just been running and busy looking for work in our current economy. who can take part in virtually any event during the LARP: Tsutomu is a male high

Greetings all from this year;s ANext LARP Head GM, Mike. A plot teaser will be out close to the con, this year I'm holding back the teaser until closer to the Convention for reasons that are perfectly logical and reasonable; however those reasons will remain until I die as a closely guarded secret. Rest assured that a teaser post is on the way, but before that teaser there will be an updated pre-registration list.

I look forward to seeing everyone there and would like to assure everyone that everything is okay.

finds have revealed new clues to the location of the lost city of Atlantis.  The

Welcome to the AnimeNext Convention Anime Live Action Role Play. Spend parts of

into character.  That said you can be in the costume of a character you are not
playing.  Be heroic, be epic, be villainous, or whatever else you feel. LARP

Awesome time LARPing with everyone at ANext last weekend. From Spinzaku Kicking
drunken multiple personality kids to duking it out with the RX-78 to finding out
the Lancelot was sabotaged to fire off confetti to watching Lime shoot the whoop
at a Leviathan using an unstable ancient power source. It is only too bad we
only have one weekend to play and I can't wait to see everyone again.

Many thanks goes to our GMs for running the LARP, not surprisingly I have
already forgotten everyone's name and only remember them by their in-game
characters. Great job in putting up with all our PC shenanigans and prepare for
even more chaos next year.

Also thanks to our fellow PCs, without you the LARP would just be an ideal with
whole bunch of character sheets.

Shurei and Eigetsu - If it wasn't for you two putting all the pieces into a
usable format, Suzaku would have been totally out of his league and we probably
be more of a angry mob than an organized group trying to save the world.

James - Only Team Rocket could come up with a plan to use Weezing's explosion to
make it possible for the RX-78 to be able to outrun the Lancelot.

Dryden - Without your mech repair bay, I shudder to think about what shape the
Lancelot would have ended up in. Plus, it was most likely thanks to your airship
that the Maximus avoided being directly brought into the conflict.

Lime - I'm a Charging mah Lazer!

Lupin - Too bad I didn't get a chance see how Suzaku would fair against Lupin
one-on-one without the mechs being involved.

Chojo (yeah, I think I spelled the name wrong) - Disintegrating Leviathans, one
punch at a time

Steiner - *clank* *clank* *clank* *clank* *clank*

Orochimaru - an evil genius ninja that found his way into Suzaku's investigation
team...how in the world did Suzaku not managed to get himself killed or
converted by that crazy ninja?

Luffy - A+ for effort in trying to get away from the Lancelot and into Dryden's
ship and actually trying to disable it by punching the Lancelot in the back of
the head.

Nekozawa - You brought Host Club into the LARP. Enough said.

There are more that I know I should be thanking, but my brain is still not fully
recharged yet so I'll just leave off here before it runs out of juice again with
thanking everyone for making this LARP awesome.

Yeah, that was the best fun I've ever had. I just wish I could do that more. I
loved how my RX-78 never shot a single gun off, but yet I floored several people
with my fists. It took me a while to understand what to do, but I got it
eventually. Thanks especially to all those PC's who RP'ed and gave me the right
ideas, and the GM's who were patient with me and my passive expressions. I know
James, Ilya, Luffy and Berserker loved the LARP too. Hope I can make it out to
Otakon and see all you again. Still debating on the 3 hour drive. X_X
