Information for potential new players:

Aerodrome aerial combat games are rulesets for playing tabletop games (not simulations) of air combat (and, where it makes sense, the extension of air combat into the ground and naval realms). As such Aerodrome games are simple, easy to learn, lots of fun and play very quickly in comparison to many other air combat rulesets.

Players fly small model aircraft into combat, over a battlefield map that has a hexagonal grid to guide movement, using Flightstands equipped with telescoping antennas to simulate altitude differences. The rulesets are scale-independent, and may be played with any size aircraft and equipment that suits the player, as long as the size of the models and equipment used are consistent within any given game.

Aerodrome games are played at gaming conventions, at hobby stores and by local gaming clubs around the country and around the world.
