Question regarding Werewoolf the Apocalypse and the other Breeds

I'm considering running a WW chronicle but I want to include some of
the other shapeshifters. I know the Ananasi, Nagah, Ratkin, and Rokea
don't normally work with the Garou. What I'm really curiosu to know is
which tribes of the Garou and Bastet would be the easiest to build a
chronicle about? I think I can handle including a Corax or Nuwisha.
I'm hesitant on allowing a Gurahl due to the sheer power difference
and rarity of the werebears.
