I had a nasty discussion with one of my players about how Prime 2
works. The last time I asked a question here, no one answered, it is
the las post yet. But I need to try again because I don't know where
to ask.

She (the player) wants to enchant a box of bullets with prime, and use
the bullets to do aggravated damage.

I said that she need to enchant every bullet. And I think that
enchanting a weapon to do aggravated damage is vulgar.

The player is upset, and it is very difficult for me to manage upset
women.

I cannot find any reference that sustains my points or hers.
1) A aggravated damage doing weapon (like a knife), is vulgar or not.
2) You cannot enchant that way a box of weapons, you need to enchant
each weapon/bullets. Or not

Please, help me. I need references or at least opinions.
