The Tremere can be powerful but the drawbacks to the paths are
learning them AND the rituals. Just having the experience points does
not guarantee a raise in Path of Blood or what have you. The Tremere
have to experiment with paths they already know and to learn a new
path, they have to wheel and deal. Most Tremere won't share a path
with someone due to the clans own inside paranoia, not to mention
every member is partially blood blound to the council of seven. The
other weakness the Tremere really suffer is lack of trust/respect by
the other clans. Very few, if any clans, have two clans screaming for
their heads. The Tremere are pursued by both the Tzimisce and Salubri.
Of course, the Baali are hated by everyone but thats a different
